My Journey

I'm a Marketing Manager and Technical Leader with over 10 years of professional experience in business management, marketing, and technology. My career includes managing an entire business operation with a team of 8 employees, overseeing P&L, and keeping operations running smoothly. I've gone from hands-on technical work to leading cross-functional teams and building strategies based on real data.

I take an AI-first approach to problem-solving. I build custom tools to track metrics, connect with APIs, and automate workflows using Make, n8n, and code. I use LLMs daily, not just for content but to build AI agents with tools like Claude Code that handle research, data analysis, and repetitive tasks. I build custom web scrapers when I need data, create performance dashboards, and deploy automation wherever it makes sense. I take data-driven decisions seriously.

I focus on measuring what matters. When I'm running Google Ads or email campaigns, I want to know exactly what's performing and why. I collaborate with developers, designers, and media buyers to get things done. I like creating systems that actually work and using whatever tools get me there.

Where It All Started

I came in as a computer tech doing repairs. Got good at it, kept taking on more, and eventually they gave me the keys to the whole place. Ran the business for over a year.

What I Actually Did:
  • Ran the business: Made sure we were making money and things didn't fall apart
  • Managed 8 people: Hired, trained, made sure everyone was doing their job
  • Handled the money: Kept track of costs, revenue, made sure we stayed profitable
  • Inventory & vendors: Ordered parts, dealt with suppliers, kept stock levels right
  • Reports: Built reports so I could see what was working and what wasn't
  • Customer issues: When things got escalated, they came to me
What I Learned:

This is where I learned that if you're responsible for something, you better measure it. Managing people and being on the hook for the business's success taught me to think in systems—what can break, what needs tracking, what can be improved.
